The www.malogra.com website (the "Site") is operated by MALOGRA DANIŞMANLIK TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Malogra"). Anyone visiting or using the Site (the "User") is deemed to have accepted the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site. The Turkish version of these terms prevails.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is published to provide general information about Malogra's services, announcements, articles and events, and to receive contact and appointment requests. Content on the Site does not constitute an offer, commitment or consultancy service; a consultancy relationship begins only with a written contract between the parties.

2. Accuracy of information

Information on the Site is prepared with care on the basis of the legislation and the conditions announced by public institutions at the date of publication. However, the conditions, amounts and application dates of incentive, grant and support programmes may be changed by the relevant institutions. Content is therefore for information only; we recommend confirming current conditions with the relevant institution or with us before making any decision. Malogra cannot be held liable for damages arising from decisions based on information on the Site.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, images, logos, design and all other content on the Site belong to Malogra or the respective owners and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. Content may be quoted for personal and non-commercial purposes provided that the source is cited and the content is not altered. Otherwise it may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or published on another website without written permission.

Brands and logos on the References page belong to the respective companies and are used solely to indicate cooperation.

4. User obligations

When using the Site, the User agrees:

• to provide their own accurate and up-to-date information in forms,
• not to fill in forms on behalf of others or with others' contact details,
• not to attempt to disrupt the Site, compromise its security or overload it (automated data collection, unsolicited bulk messages, malware, etc.),
• not to submit content contrary to law, public order or morality.

The Site may contain links to the websites of public institutions, our social media accounts and media outlets. The owners of those sites are responsible for their content and privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
